Description

14k (585) Solid Gold Octapetalos Rodakas stud earrings. Rodakas in the Ancient Greek language meant “rose”. This design is usually found in ancient gold jewelry or as a decorative element in ancient tombs from the Minoan Era (2nd Century BC) until the Byzantine Empire. This octapetal rosette is inspired by the marble of the Caryatid, the Goddess Demeter, from small Propylea, Eleusis,Attica. The Ancient Greek history inspires all of our jewelry and has been handcrafted in our workshop in the center of Athens.
