Delivery Options/ Estimated time of arrival of orders
All orders are sent within 2-10 working days from the confirmed payment. The orders for 18k jewelry is up to 15 working days.
Greece:
Deliveries within Greece are not charged shipping expenses, irrespective of the value of your order. The courier service we work with is ACS. On the rare occasion that the area is not on ACS’s delivery route kotinosjewelry.com will send your order free of charge in another way. For distances above 20km from cities that have courier services and remote islands, there may be a delay in delivery. Your address must coincide with the given address at the time that the order is sent from us. All orders must be signed by the receiver at the time they are delivered. If you are not at home at the time of delivery, the courier service will leave you a note so that you can contact them to arrange a new time All orders within Greece are delivered from 9 am to 6 pm [irrespective of the area]. Delivery will take place 1-2 work days after the date the products are sent. For distances above 20 km from cities that have courier services, there may be an additional delay in delivery.
Europe:
Deliveries in Europe are done by DHL.
The cost of DHL is 28 euros per delivery.
The cost of DHL is 43 euros per delivery, insured up to 1000 euros.
Delivery takes 1-2 working days after the date the products are sent by DHL. For distances above 20 km from cities that have courier services, there may be an additional delay in delivery.

United Kingdom and Worldwide deliveries:
Deliveries in the UK are done by DHL and the Greek Post Office [EL.TA.]
The cost of DHL is 32 euros per delivery, without insurance.
The cost of DHL is 48 euros per delivery, insured up to 1000 euros.
The cost of the GREEK POSTOFFICE [EL.TA.] is 18.50 euros for registered delivery.
Delivery takes 2-4 working days after the date the products are sent by DHL and 10-20 working days by EL.TA.

The United States of America and Canada:
Deliveries are done by DHL .
The cost of DHL, with DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) service, is 43 euros per delivery.
The cost of DHL, with DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) service, insured up to 1000 euros, is 63 euros
Delivery takes 3-5 working days after the date the products are sent by DHL.

The Australian and New Zealand deliveries:
Deliveries are done by DHL or the Greek Post Office [EL.TA.].
The cost of DHL is 136 euros per delivery, insured up to 1000 euros.
The cost of DHL is 106 euros per delivery, without security.
The cost by EL.TA. (Greek Post Office) without Security is 18.50€
Delivery takes 4-7 working days after the date the products are sent by DHL and 12-30 working days by EL.TA.

Our customers can track their orders through a tracking code, which will be sent in the email/ order confirmation. In the case that the purchase is done by credit card, for security reasons, delivery of the order takes place in person/ on presentation of identification, passport, and the credit card. Alternatively, someone else can accept the order, appointed by the buyer, having written proof and proof of identity or a passport.
