Greece: Deliveries within Greece are not charged shipping expenses, irrespective of the value of your order. The courier service we work with is ACS. On the rare occasion that the area is not on ACS’s delivery route kotinosjewelry.com will send your order free of charge in another way.

For distances above 20km from cities that have courier services and remote islands, there may be a delay in delivery.

Your address must coincide with the given address at the time that the order is sent from us.

All orders must be signed by the receiver at the time they are delivered.

If you are not at home at the time of delivery the courier service will leave you a note so that you can contact them to arrange a new time.

The cost of the GREEK POSTOFFICE [EL.TA.] is 11 euro for registered delivery.

Our customers have the ability to track their orders through a tracking code which will be sent in the e-mail/ order confirmation.

In the case that the purchase is done by credit card, for security reasons, delivery of the order takes place in person/ on presentation of identification, passport and the credit card.
