14k Gold pendant with Greek key design around the silver 925 oxidized replica coin. The original coin was struck during the lifetime of Alexander, c.325-323 B.C. KINGDOM OF MACEDON. Alexander III, The Great (336-323 B.C.). Head of young Herakles facing to the right, wearing a lion’s skin headdress. The head of Herakles was most likely intended to have been symbolic of Alexander and there has been speculation, although there is no evidence to support it, that the facial features might be those of Alexander himself, Alexander the Great period 3rd Century BC.
