14K (585) Gold Phaistos disc pendant, double sided design, from Phaistos Disc Collection.This unique 14k gold is the ninth and final size of phaistos disc (disk) pendant and is produced to our family workshop at the center of Athens.The design that appears in front and at the back of the pendant is a reproduction of the ancient fired clay that was found at 1908 at the Minoan Palace of Phaistos on the island of Crete.According to the conclusions of a multiannual research, this unique sample of the Minoan writing is a prayer to the pregnant goddess and the goddess Aphaia. The one side of the Disc refers to the pregnant goddess that “shines” and the other side refers to the goddess that “sets”, probably the Minoan goddess Aphaia.We suggest to use pendants as layered coin necklaces that are most popular at the moment.Layering style pendants.
